1. General provisions
This Consent defines the conditions for processing personal data of users of the website www.siteko.net, clients of SiteEco LLC, and other persons who provide personal data through the website, personal account, order forms, feedback forms, support system, email, and other channels of interaction with the Operator.
This Consent applies to electronic consents that the user gives in separate website forms by ticking a checkbox, clicking a confirmation button, submitting a form, placing an order, or performing another active action that allows the fact of consent to be confirmed.
The specific processing purpose, source of consent, checkbox text, document version, date, time, IP address, and user-agent are recorded by the Operator in the consent log.
This Consent is not consent to disseminate personal data to an unlimited number of persons.

3. Personal data subject
The personal data subject is a website user, client, client representative, domain name administrator, or other person providing personal data to the Operator.
By granting consent, the user confirms that they act freely, of their own will and in their own interest, have read the Privacy Policy, and understand the purposes, scope, and methods of personal data processing.
4. Purposes of personal data processing
The user gives consent to personal data processing for one or more purposes, depending on the website form and the user’s action:
user registration and creation of a personal account;
user identification in the personal account;
placing, supporting, and fulfilling an order;
conclusion and performance of a service agreement;
provision of hosting, VDS/VPS, domain name registration and renewal, SSL certificates, development, technical support, and other services;
issuing invoices, recording payments, and preparing documents;
registration, renewal, transfer, and support of domain names;
transfer of personal data to the domain name registrar, domain zone administrator, and other organizations involved in domain name registration, renewal, transfer, and support;
processing technical support requests and sending a response;
processing applications, messages, and requests submitted through website forms;
sending service notifications related to the account, orders, invoices, payments, domains, services, security, and maintenance works;
analyzing website traffic using Yandex Metrica only with separate consent to analytics cookies;
sending news, offers, and marketing messages only with separate consent to marketing messages;
ensuring the security of the website, personal account, and Operator’s information systems;
complying with requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. List of personal data
Depending on the processing purpose, the user gives consent to the processing of the following personal data:
surname, first name, patronymic;
email address;
phone number;
registered address, postal address, or other address, where necessary to provide the service;
passport data or data of another identity document, where required for domain name registration or support;
INN, OGRN/OGRNIP, organization name, representative’s position and data, where the user acts on behalf of an organization or as an individual entrepreneur;
account data: login, user identifier, password hash, registration date, last login date;
information about orders, services, tariffs, domain names, SSL certificates, invoices, payments, balance, and service terms;
technical data: IP address, user-agent, browser information, device information, operating system, date and time of visit, referral source, addresses of visited pages;
cookies, localStorage identifiers, and similar technical information;
content of support requests, messages, correspondence, attached files, screenshots, and technical data provided by the user;
information about user consents: date, time, document version, checkbox text, source of consent, IP address, user-agent;
other data independently provided by the user to achieve the stated purposes.
6. Actions with personal data
The user gives consent to the Operator performing the following actions with personal data:
collection;
recording;
systematization;
accumulation;
storage;
clarification, updating, and modification;
retrieval;
use;
transfer, provision, and access;
depersonalization;
blocking;
deletion;
destruction.
Processing may be carried out using automation tools and without such tools.
7. Transfer of personal data to third parties
The user agrees that, in order to achieve the processing purposes, the Operator may transfer personal data to third parties to the necessary extent.
Such persons may include:
domain name registrars;
domain zone administrators;
organizations involved in domain name registration, renewal, transfer, and support;
payment systems, banks, and payment infrastructure operators;
SSL certificate providers;
data centers, hosting providers, technical contractors, and infrastructure providers;
email notification services;
accounting, tax, and document management services, where used by the Operator;
government authorities, courts, law enforcement agencies, and other authorized persons in cases provided by law.
Personal data is transferred only to the extent necessary for the specific purpose.
8. Consent to data transfer for domain operations
If the user orders registration, renewal, transfer, or support of a domain name, the user separately confirms consent to transfer personal data to the domain name registrar, domain zone administrator, and other organizations involved in providing the domain service.
The user understands that without the transfer of the required data, registration, renewal, transfer, or support of a domain name may be impossible.
9. Consent to analytics cookies
Consent to analytics cookies and the use of Yandex Metrica is granted separately through the cookie banner or the cookie settings page.
Before consent to analytics cookies is obtained, the Operator must not initialize Yandex Metrica.

10. Consent to marketing messages
Consent to receive marketing messages is granted separately.
If the user has given such consent, the Operator may send news, offers, and information about Siteko services to the email address specified by the user.
The user may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the unsubscribe link in an email, in the personal account, or by contacting support@siteko.net.
Service messages related to the account, orders, invoices, payments, domains, support, security, and maintenance works are not marketing messages.
11. Consent validity period
This Consent is valid from the moment it is granted and until the processing purposes are achieved, storage periods established by law or agreement expire, or the user withdraws consent.
Withdrawal of consent does not terminate personal data processing where the Operator has other legal grounds for processing, including performance of an agreement, storage of accounting documents, compliance with legal requirements, and protection of the Operator’s rights and legitimate interests.

The user may withdraw consent to personal data processing by sending a request to:

The fact of granting consent may be confirmed by:
